  • In order to keep our pricing accessible, we operate as a soulful but purposefully lean team and do not offer refunds or extensive rescheduling.
  • We provide numerous free resources to help you evaluate the vibe and resonance of our offerings.
  • Also, please keep in mind that our offerings are spiritual in nature, and individual experiences may vary, with subtle effects becoming apparent over time.

1-TO-1 APPOINTMENTS

HONORING TIME

We deeply honor your time and energy, and we trust that you’d do the same for us. The time you book is held exclusively for you, and we value your commitment.

However, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and we’ve got your back.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please email us at askdrhenna@gmail.com preferably with a 48-hour notice.
  • For each 1 to 1 appointment, we accommodate a ONE-TIME ONLY complimentary reschedule.
  • The one time reschedule needs to be availed within a maximum of 3 months of your original appointment.
  • If you can’t make it to or miss your rescheduled appointment, then it will be considered a forfeit and there will be NO REFUNDS or FURTHER RESCHEDULING.

NO SHOWS

  • To make our time productive, please aim to be punctual.
  • If you’re running late, we’ll wait for you for up to 10 minutes. Beyond that, it’s a NO SHOW, allowing for a one-time reschedule, as outlined above.

PARTIAL APPOINTMENTS

  • If you show up late or have to leave early, for any reason, there will be no partial refunds or rescheduling for the remaining time.

GOOD FAITH GUARANTEE

  • In the rare case we have to cancel an appointment from our end, we’ll promptly offer a complimentary reschedule.
  • We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND COURSES

  • All sales of our digital products and courses are final. NO REFUNDS.
  • Due to the nature of digital products, once downloaded, we cannot retrieve them. The same applies to courses; once accessed, they are considered used.
